背景介紹：
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Wnt信號在通過提高成骨細胞,調(diào)節(jié)骨的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)起著重要作用。Wnt通路的負調(diào)節(jié)因子對增強骨重吸收的疾病治療是重要的新的治療目標(biāo)。其中一種就是硬骨素，分子量是22.5 kD的分泌糖蛋白，通過與Wnt-共受體 LRP5的結(jié)合而防止與Wnt 分子的結(jié)合。硬骨素幾乎都是在骨細胞中產(chǎn)生的。因此認(rèn)為是提供骨特異性zui高的臨床標(biāo)記物。
